La Universidad Teol\u00f3gica de Chiapas Juan Pablo II, es una iniciativa de la Arquidi\u00f3cesis de Tuxtla, para promover la educaci\u00f3n integral, profesional, inspir\u00e1ndose en el pensamiento cristiano y de la Iglesia en di\u00e1logo con las ciencias, a fin de responder a los desaf\u00edos de la sociedad actual desde un enfoque \u00e9tico y principios que permitan una concepci\u00f3n integradora de la persona, del mundo y del sentido trascendente de la vida.<\/span>

La intenci\u00f3n fundamental es la de promover personas \u00edntegras, desde una visi\u00f3n humanista y cristiana, con una educaci\u00f3n integral, es decir, con conocimientos acad\u00e9micos, actitudes humanistas y habilidades profesionales, a fin de que sean capaces de insertarse en la realidad actual con sus desaf\u00edos e interpretarla, para responder a las inquietudes del hombre de hoy con propuestas creativas, claras y definidas, que iluminen a su vez los procesos de transformaci\u00f3n del contexto.<\/span><\/p>\n
